Student Inclusive Access Information
WELCOME TO INCLUSIVE ACCESS!
You have enrolled in a course that has chosen an Inclusive Access title. This means that your required course materials will be available the first day of class. For your convenience, you will be billed for your materials on your Limestone account after the drop add period.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INCLUSIVE ACCESS?
Inclusive Access is a collaboration between your professor, Limestone University, eCampus and publishers to provide required course materials at a reduced cost. When your materials are part of this program, all students who opt-in automatically receive access to the materials. If you choose to opt-out, you will be responsible for securing the Inclusive Access from a third party at your expense.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY MATERIALS?
All Inclusive Access (IA) materials will be accessed through your Canvas. Again, if you opt-in you will receive your material immediately. If you opt-out, you are responsible for obtaining your material from another party at your expense.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ACCESS?
Your Inclusive Access will be charged to your student account after the drop-add period.
WHAT IF I DROP THE COURSE?
If you drop the class before the drop-add period ends you will not be charged for the Inclusive Access. However, if you drop or withdraw after the drop-add date you will be charged for the Inclusive Access.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN INCLUSIVE ACCESS?
Please contact your professor. The Inclusive Access material is always required for your course. The Inclusive Access is interactive and most often comes with an eBook. Successfully completing the course without Inclusive Access will be difficult, if not impossible. While we work to make the Inclusive Access affordable you do have the option to search for one on your own through a third party and you will not be able to use financial aid to pay if you opt-out.
Please be advised that by choosing to opt out, your online content will be turned off and you may lose access to graded assignments (where applicable).
